Theo Lacy Jail Guards Accused

Theo Lacy Jail Facility, Orange County CaliforniaAn inmate facing murder charges in the beating death of a man in Orange County’s Theo Lacy Jail has filed a claim  alleging that Orange County Deputies ordered him to attack the man.

Stephen Carlstrom is seeking $100 million in damages. Along with several other inmates, Carlstrom is charged in the 2006 killing of John Derek Chamberlain. 

Meanwhile, federal authorities are already there investigating the ongoing troubles in the jail and have been doing so for quite some time. The Fed’s are investigating allegations that the Orange County deputies are violating the inmate’s rights and use excessive force inside the jail. A county grand jury has stated that there is actual evidence of this excessive force in the Theo Lacy jail.

    I know that Orange County is the most abusive of all county jails.Been to every county even prison has a better acknowledgement of inmates rights.I was picked up on a warrent and treated un human and violated several times with extreme verbal threats of violence…there is really something wrong with these orange county Co’s and they do treat inmates beyond the limit and just because they can.It is inhumane and barbaric!They are worse than cavemen
