Wacky Mug Shot or Halloween Fun?

A Florida man couldn’t finish shaving before he was arrested and booked. Willie Geist has the story and the mugshot. Maybe I’m giving this guy too much credit, but I’m thinking this shave job has to be related to Halloweeen. What do you think?
