Keep Bailing

Another Saturday night’s all right for a reality show diva to bite the DUI arrest dust. This time, it comes by way of  Shayne Lamas (“Leave It to Lamas,” The ‘Bachelor’). The daughter of actor, Lorenzo Lamas was pulled over on November 15th and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in Los Angeles’ Venice district.

Feeling confident, Shayne diliberatly drove through an LAPD ‘check point.’  The former queen and winner of “The Bachelor” explained it this way: “Early Saturday morning , after consuming one drink, I willingly drove through a mandatory check point on my way home with complete confidence of passing.” 

Ms. Lamas was arrested with the misdemeanor charge at around 1 a.m. and later released.

The reality show TV star apologized to her family and friends, accepting full responsibility for her blatant lack of judgement saying, “I have never nor will ever condone drinking and driving.”  She’s scheduled to appear back in a Los Angeles court on Dec. 9th.
