Or, Burr, that is Kip Burr, who jokes aside, seems to be a seriel streaker having been arrested repeatedly for jogging nude.  Margo Rohrbacher, a spokeswoman for San Rafael Police Department, stated that Mr. Burr was arrested for streaking after being spotted around Second Street and the freeway underpass on Sunday.

SF Jail Flushing Cause Court Flooding

SAN FRANCISCO — Sewer flooding on the second and third floors of the Bryant Street Court building Friday caused more than just a stink. Court Judges had to ‘double up’ and hear their cases during scheduled breaks.

All of the mess was caused by inmates flushing the toilets of  the Bryant Street jail. It caused more than 2 inches of raw sewage to seep out, flooding five courtrooms at the San Francisco Hall of Justice.

Memorial Day Weekend Leads to DUI Arrests in Monterey County

MONTEREY, CA - The California CHP reported the arrest of several motorists in the Monterey County over the Memorial Day weekend.

The “Avoid The 18″  Campaign which ran from Friday and ended on Monday was part of a statewide campaign to keep drunk drivers off the roads.

10 people were arrested in Salinas on suspicion of DUI  and 4 were arrested in Monterey. Carmel police officers reported one  arrest while the Presidio area of Monterey reported one.  A total of 45 arrests were made according to spokeswoman, Jan Ford. The good news is that no fatalities were reported in these numbers.
