A 25-year-old Connecticut man who made the mistake of driving while under the influence of alcohol found himself subject to one most ironic mugshots ever taken.
Because Harris Wooten was wearing a “hold my beer and watch this” shirt at the time of his arrest. Wooten was arrested in the early morning hours, police said, after they got a call about a man who’d crashed his car. When they arrived, a very disoriented (and very intoxicated) Wooten was trying to flee.
In addition to driving a car was uninsured and unregistered—the plates belonged to a different vehicle! Wooten was promptly arrested and he’s now facing charges of DUI, driving without insurance, misuse of vehicle plates and for failing to drive in the proper lane.
He was released on $500 bail bonds, according to a report by the Huffington Post; he’s due to appear in court on Apr. 20.
