Criminals do the darndest things, and for reasons that we still haven’t quite figured out, some of them choose to do these things while naked.
But today, we bring you the story of a 23-year-old Michigan man, who went on quite the crime spree.
His night began when officers responded to a call about a man who was selling tools out of a pick-up truck. A few hours later, when officers spotted the now-defendant driving this truck, they tried to pull him over—but he jumped the curb and sped off.
A quick check of the license plate, officers said, revealed the car had been stolen.
Not 20 minutes later, the man crashed the pick-up into a Honda; he fled on foot toward a hotel, where he then proceeded to carjack a vehicle.
After he crashed that car, he took off on foot. By the time the police caught up with him, he was naked. No one seems to know why.
The man has since been charged with carjacking, burglary, eluding, aggravated assault, receiving stolen property along with a laundry list of vehicle code violations.
