Florida Crime: Attorney Accused of Visiting Inmates to Make Porn

A Florida-based attorney was, well, caught with his proverbial pants down when sheriff’s deputies realized he’d been visiting the jail to make porn.

Detectives had received a tip that the man had been paying female inmates for sexual favors—so he could film these “favors” in the act, as part of a project called “Girls in Jail.”

Jailers say that a 25-year-old woman told them the attorney had visited her in the lock-up… which was strange, because he wasn’t her attorney.

During that meeting, the attorney, Andrew Spark, asked if she’d be interested in performing oral sex on him in exchange for him depositing money in her commissary account. He even bragged about meeting another inmate earlier that same day!

This inmate declined—but deputies went on to discover that spark did have sex with that other inmate, and that they’d had “at least six encounters” during 2017.

Deputies decided to set up a sting.

When they learned Spark was scheduled to come back to meet with the “willing” inmate yet again, they waited until after he and that inmate entered the attorney visitation room. When they barged in, the pair was “just about to begin a sex act.”

Spark has been charged with exposure of sexual organs, soliciting for prostitution and introduction/possession of contraband into a county detention facility.

Jailers said he did not make any statements and requested to speak with an attorney.
