The 49ers defensive lineman, Ray McDonald, arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence expressed his apologies on Monday.

McDonald, 25, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol in San Mateo County on Saturday evening. He was booked and released one and a half hours later from San Mateo County Jail located in Redwood City.
