Folsom PD Arrest Man With .30 on Fourth DUI

The Folsom Police Department arrested a man who was reportedly far over the legal driving limit of .08.  Stephen Paladino, 53, was arrested this week for driving under the influence and tested a .30 on blood alcohol content, which is four times the legal limit.  Police officials said he was in no condition to be delivering groceries or to be driving at all.

According to a news release by the Folsom Police Department, this arrest was Palodino’s fourth for DUI, and his sixth arrest for alcohol-related offenses in the last three years. .35 is surgical anesthesia! .30 he should be passed out. No wonder he ignored lights and sirens before pulling into his garage. Can you say, “Lucky to be alive?”
