On December 4, 2009, his second attacker, Jacob Quintanilla, 20, was arrested by the Laguna Beach Police Department.  He has been booked on suspicion of murder. Police say Quintanilla was allegedly present while Matthew Dragna, 19, perpetrated the crime.   The duo then robbed the man’s home, taking everything of value they could find, including a laptop computer, clothing and a phone.

Nicholson was discovered by a co-worker who dropped by his home to check up on him and found his body. Dragna was taken into custody at a drug rehabilitation center this past November and initially taken to the Laguna Beach jail, but was transferred after not being bailed out to the Orange County Jail.  Apparently Nicholson had met him on a website and befriended him.  Damon Nicholson was a popular, longtime Laguna Beach resident.

These days, he may be more known for his addictions to drugs and alcohol.  Maybe he should have booked a soap opera? Unfortunately, the only booking the reality star is landing is into a Yakima County, Washington jail for assault and drinking charges. Although given 120 days in jail, if he shows good behavior, he may be let out in as little as 80 days.

Then there’s the time he was arrested for a fight in a Seattle hotel. There was also the judge enforced $5,000 he had to pay in compensatory damages for assaulting a tow-truck driver, and a sprinkle of other arrests here and there.

Things really seemed to go sour for Jason after the breakup with ex-girlfriend, actress Lauren Conrad.  His life continued to roll down hill after his engagement to Tennis player Katija Sadowski ended.  Hope this reality show ‘bad boy’ has some new career moves up his sleeve.
