Los Angeles police investigators have reported that a 22-year old woman who had allegedly been abducted by her own mother has been located. It all started 14 years ago when Jessica Click-Hill was reported missing by her father, Dean Click on September 2nd, 1995 in Walnut Creek, CA.

Back then, charges were filed against the 52-year-old mother, (Hill) who also goes by the name Gail D. Jackson. However, she disappeared before authorities could arrest her. Later, the FBI issued an arrest warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

This week, the FBI searched a location in Monrovia based on an 8-month-old tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Hill was located and arrested; her daughter was later found to be in a separate location. The daughter made no mention as to whether she saw herself as the victim of an abduction.

Hill was booked into Martinez County jail with a bail set at $250,000 on Thursday morning.

Certain happenings in life trigger harbored feelings. Dog parks are filled with unruly pets, it’s an accepted situation when you visit them. Not all dogs have “parents” that are willing to put in the time to provide discipline. But perhaps anything could have set off David Triebwasser of Richmond who reportedly struck a while shouting racial slurs. Maybe it really comes down to the fact that the other person in the scuffle was black. What if the other unruly dog owner was a white guy, a cute white girl, an old white lady, you get the idea. Would he have reacted that way?

Triebwasser is out on a $175K bail from the Martinez jail. He faces charges of assault and a hate crime. Richmond Police and a team of homicide investigators are still looking in to the case.

I’ve visited dog parks and had my perfectly disciplined dogs mauled by other dogs, I calmly split the them up and smiled at the other dog owner and went on my way. It’s a situation that is easily dealt with when you are understanding and objective. Triebwasser has some thinking to do about his harbored anger and he might just get the time to do this in a cell.

Within minutes, the person who answered the door was arrested (suspicion of under the influence of meth) and taken to the County Jail in Martinez.

After being alerted by neighbors, police took chase after two others fleeing out the back. More police were called in to cover the house and arrested another, who didn’t go lightly, threatening the officers and fighting.

The police didn’t stop there, and for good reason. Two more were arrested for suspicion of public intoxication. Police kept the “arrest party” going by returning later and arrested another. All the while, some guy thought he would jump out the second story window in an attempt to flee the police, but since they were 7 for 7 already, what was he thinking? He fractured his ankle and got arrested and taken to jail. Police, while still on the property, decided to speak with another woman, who should have just stayed quiet, because the police were batting a .1000. Yep, you guessed it, she was also arrested. I guess she didn’t want to miss out on the jail party. Martinez Detention Center must have been rockin’ that night. (Nope, we didn’t bail any of them out!)

Crazy thing about this isn’t the fact that 9 people were arrested, but the person the police were looking for in the first place, was never found.

Martinez, California: A nice town nestled between Mountain View and Pacheco in northern California is where you will find 28 year old Randy Davis. Next shows up the Contra Costa County Narcotics enforcement team serving a warrant to search the house for narcotics, marijuana in particular. The detectives did find four marijuana plants, but its the other things they found that’s causing most of the commotion.

During their search the detectives of Martine Police found a cache of bomb making equipement: gun powder, BB’s, fuse cord, metal and plastic housings and a couple handmade bombs. The Walnut Creek Police department was called in to remove the bomb making equipment and Davis was quickly arrested for several charges for the bomb making and of course for the possession of narcotics.

You never know what your going to find when searching a house full of marijuana plants.

Two parolees were arrested early this morning and taken to after ramming a possibly stolen SUV into a police cruiser.

Police were called when neighbors saw two individuals looking into cars. According to the SF Gate,

The driver came to a stop at the dead-end of Pettit and then threw the Nissan into reverse, ramming Roth’s Ford Crown Victoria cruiser, the sergeant said.

The suspects fled on foot but were arrested within the hour with the help of a California Highway Patrol helicopter and a Pleasant Hill police K-9 unit, Roth said.

Christian Dorsch, 40, of Vacaville and April Carruth, 35, of Benicia were taken to Contra Costa Jail in Martinez. The two are currently not eligible for bail as they have parrole holds. When someone on parole is arrested, they are held in a “No Bail” status pending review by their parrole officer.
